Treating and dealing with Asthma become personal to me because my son has it. It was written by Pediatric Pulmonologist (a lung specialist for children). Dr. Beaty’s book is easy to follow along, actionable and provides understanding on how parents and caregivers can navigate through dealing with Asthma. It is written in a format that is easy to understand (not many complicated medical words) and yet it backed up with current medical guidelines. The book is 52 pages, can be read in 1-2 seating, This book explained about multiple types of asthma medications, how to administer the pump effectively, and others. It is a great source for parents and caregivers also to have some ideas on questions that they can ask the pediatrician on to live and manage asthma.
